Our Lab Otis went to the Grooming Room last week, this was his first trip to the groomers so we were a little sceptical as to how he’d be. He seemed to absolutely love his time there, and came away smelling so amazing and looking very smart. The staff here were very welcoming and were amazing with Otis, can’t wait to take him back for his next pamper😊

Hugo had the best time at the grooming room. The proof was in the video. He came back smelling so nice and fresh, his coat is soft and his nails are cut perfectly. The ladies here are so friendly, and look after your pets perfectly while they are in there care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The grooming room shenstone to anybody. 🐶🐾🐶

My Cocker Spaniel and Cockapoo went to the Grooming Room today for the first time. Their groom was way overdue and they were very long haired. They came out looking so much better and seemed much happier. They certainly enjoyed the experience and I was so happy with the results. The staff are really friendly and obviously love the dogs.

I adopted my GSD, Brewster, when he was 9yrs old and started taking him to The Grooming Room at Shenstone. The staff do an excellent job of maintaining Brewster's coat and trimming his nails, in addition to flagging up any issues that need attention. Brewster is now 10yrs old and looking more handsome and healthy than ever.
